Lecture - Introduction to Debate Research

A lecture at the 2008 World Debate Institute, World Schools Debate Workshop. Alfred Snider of the University of Vermont is the speaker.

  1. Is this about learning how to debate--or hearing about this guy's political convictions? No thanks!

  2. This is an excellent lecture. I don't care what he says politically. He gave tons of information on the library and how to really use it. I will be using this information the rest of my life. Plus he's low-key funny. And he gave the names of two authors I'm going to read - Ivan Illich and William Gibson. Yay for Mr. (Dr.?) Snyder.

  3. Arrogant. Don't care how much he thinks he knows, humility is wisdom, and he has none.
