For over 27 years the World Debate Institute (WDI) has been offering the best in debate and leadership instruction to an increasingly international audience.

The World Debate Institute is a program of the University of Vermont. It is directed by Alfred Snider, the Edwin Lawrence Professor of Forensics.

Each year the World Debate Institute sponsors and conducts many sessions of training in the USA throughout the world. Attendees have come from over 5o countries and sessions have been held in 35 countries.
